Professional History
Ms. Brueck started with PM Unlimited in 2018 as a Project Manager after working over twenty‐five years in the hospitality industry in numerous roles such as Procurement, Design and Project Management. Ms. Brueck has completed and assisted in projects in excess of $40 million with PM Unlimited.
Ms. Brueck began her career in hospitality at Benjamin Brothers as an assistant to the President but was shortly promoted to Project Manager and then later to Director of Procurement. After 11 years at Benjamin Brothers, Ms. Brueck expanded her Procurement knowledge with positions at Cataldo Interiors, Benjamin West and Neil Locke & Associates. During this time, Ms. Brueck held various positions such as Director of Procurement, Director of Design and Purchasing Director for the Latin America & Caribbean markets.
After serving in Procurement for a series of years, Ms. Brueck accepted an exciting position with Midtown Athletic Clubs in Chicago where she served as a Project Manager, Director of Procurement and Director of Design. In 2001, Ms. Brueck was promoted to National Brand & Spa Manager with Midtown Athletic Clubs helping to further develop experience into different aspects of the Hospitality sector. After a decline in the Athletic Club environment, Ms. Brueck accepted a position with Marcus Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Project Manager in 2016, overseeing renovation projects for the Ownership group. During her tenure with Marcus, some of Ms. Brueck’s successful renovations include the Hilton Bloomington, Pfister Hotel, Hilton Milwaukee, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, Mason Street Grill, and the new‐build construction of the SafeHouse Chicago.
Ms. Brueck brings to PM Unlimited her strong FF&E background as well as design and project management skills she developed with both Marcus Hotels and Midtown Athletic Club. Ms. Brueck is well versed in budgeting, cost analysis, scheduling and team building.
Ms. Brueck is based out of Chicago where she resides with her husband, son and beloved dog “Theo”. Ms. Brueck loves to travel (where she can use her fluency in both written & verbal Spanish) and is a devout fan of both the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Blackhawks.
