Angie Singletary, Assistant Project Manager
Professional History
Ms. Singletary joined PM Unlimited in 2015 and has been gaining Hospitality experience assisting on projects while also managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Originally from Americus, GA, Ms. Singletary spent ten years in the banking business with Wachovia Bank. While with Wachovia, Ms. Singletary gained experience in multiple disciplines including internal auditing and lending services.
Ms. Singletary gained additional financial experience during a ten year tenure as Downtown Development and Tourism Director of Americus and Sumter County Tourism Council, where she managed two budget administrations, four volunteer committees, and over one hundred events for the City of Americus. Ms. Singletary’s project management experience was honed in this position, as she was responsible for the development, execution, and implementation of the Downtown Development Authority’s activities in the City of Americus.
Since joining PM Unlimited, Ms. Singletary’s assistance has contributed to the efficiency and attention to detail clients have come to expect from working with the PMU team. Her responsibilities include identifying variance requests and providing supporting documentation to brands, reviewing matrices and purchase orders against scope and budget to avoid unforeseen design and purchasing errors, tracking FF&E, staying on top of RFIs and submittals to assure timely responses, and compiling closeout materials in a timely matter while overseeing completion of final punch and go-back items. In addition to this office support, Ms. Singletary is sent when needed to assist the hotels with intermediate punch trips, where her strong eye for detail leaves no issue unaddressed.
Ms. Singletary, often referred to as the Energizer Bunny, enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with family in South Georgia, including her two grown sons.
